Troubleshooting
Reminders aren’t firing
Confirm notifications are enabled for DeadlineGuard in iOS Settings. Also check Focus / Do Not Disturb and Low Power Mode, which can delay notifications for some apps.
Notifications are disabled
Go to iOS Settings → Notifications → DeadlineGuard and enable “Allow Notifications”. If you previously denied permission, you can re-enable it there.
Restore purchases
Open the Pro screen and tap “Restore”. If it still doesn’t restore, send us a message with your app version and device model.
Subscription issues
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. If Pro features don’t unlock after purchase, try closing and reopening the app, then use “Restore”.

Include your app version in the message below. You can update the default placeholder in
site.config.ts.
